Article 47, upon application, from an examination on the subjects for which he has obtained a passing mark in the said theoretical examination on all subjects and in the theoretical examination to be held between the time of the said theoretical examination conducted on all subjects and the time of the theoretical examination to be held for which the said application is made.
Article 49. No examination for any person who makes an application for competence certification for qualifications, a change of a rating on competence certification, an instrument rating or a flight instructor rating other than those which he actually holds is, upon application, shall be held for the same subjects as those of the examination for competence certification, an instrument rating or a flight instructor rating already obtained, and regarded as equivalent thereto or higher by the Minister of Transport.
Article 50. The Minister of Transport issues, upon application, competence certification or a change of a rating on competence certification without an examination, to any person who has a qualification certificate for competence for air navigation service issued by any foreign Government which conducts an examination equivalent to or higher than that under the provisions of Article 46. However, the same shall not apply regarding whether or not the applicant has the ability to understand the language necessary for airmen.
Article 50-(2). No theoretical examination, for any person who has completed a course of the Ministry of Transport, Civil Aviation College, for competence certification for a flight radio operator or no practical examination for above mentioned person for competence certification, a change of a rating on competence certification or an instrument rating for a commercial pilot or private pilot is conducted upon application. However, the same shall not apply when one year has clasped from the date of completion of the course at the said Civil Aviation College.
2. No examination as listed in the right column of the following table, for any person who has completed a course of a Training School for Airmen approved by the Minister of Transport in accordance with the provisions of Article 29 paragraph 4 of the Law (hereinafter referred to as “Approved Training school for Airmen”, for competence certification, a change of a rating on competence certification or an instrument rating as listed in the left column of the same table are conducted upon application. However, the same shall not apply when one year has elapsed from the date of the completion of the course at the said Approved training School for Airmen.
